About the outfit
Moretextsandtalks Engineering is a trade outfit, not a contractor's front office. The work is fitter general, fabrication and welding, done by tradespeople who have been doing it for over ten years — mechanical assembly and alignment on site, custom steel fabricated from drawing to finished structure in the shop, and structural and pipe welding to code.
We take work across the Niger Delta — Warri, Port Harcourt and the sites between them — on industrial, commercial and residential jobs: plant steelwork and process piping, warehouse structures, access platforms and balustrades, plant shutdown fitting on tight windows. Where the drawing is incomplete, we do the take-off ourselves and come back with a marked-up sheet before a single length is cut.
Service lines
Site fitting, mechanical assembly, alignment and installation. Machine and conveyor set-out, plant shutdown fitting, bolt-up and torque to spec, dimensional checks recorded on handover.
Custom steel fabrication from drawing to finished structure, in the shop or on site. Material take-off, cutting, forming, drilling and assembly in mild steel, stainless and aluminium.
Structural and pipe welding by coded welders. MIG, TIG and stick as the joint and material call for it, with procedures matched to the drawing and welds visually inspected before dispatch.
How a job runs
We measure on site, confirm access and services, and write the scope down in plain terms so there is no argument later about what was included.
Marked-up shop drawings and a full take-off — sections, plate, consumables and fasteners — priced and sent back inside 48 hours.
Cut, formed, drilled and assembled in the shop against the drawing, with fit-up checked before any joint is closed out.
Dimensional check and visual weld inspection against the procedure. Non-conformances are cut out and re-run, not dressed over.
Delivered, erected and fitted on site, with an as-built mark-up, torque records and a signed handover sheet.

Method statements, risk assessments and welder qualification records are issued with every quotation — not after the job is awarded.
