Listed newest first. Every job below was surveyed, drawn, fabricated and installed by our own crew — nothing here was sub-contracted out and badged as ours.
MT-2601
Portal frame off-loaded, set out and erected over a live yard, working around delivery traffic. Columns plumbed and grouted, rafters bolted up and torqued, purlins and bracing run before the sheeting crew followed us on.
MT-2548
Rack steel fabricated in the shop, spools pre-fabricated to isometrics and welded out on site. Root passes run in TIG, fill and cap in stick. Third-party radiography on the specified joints, reports handed over with the as-builts.
MT-2537
A 12 m gantry lifted in during a fixed 96-hour window. Set-out and drive alignment done before the crane was released; belt tracked and guards fitted inside the window with the plant back in production on schedule.
MT-2521
Eighteen hoppers and transfer chutes cut, rolled and welded in 6 mm stainless, with wear liners bolted rather than welded so the plant can change them without a welder on site.
MT-2509
Platforms, stair flights and handrail fabricated to a marked-up survey after the issued drawings were found three revisions out of date. Re-measured, re-drawn, signed off and installed without a return visit.
MT-2494
Four crews on shift against a 96-hour shutdown: chutes and liners replaced, two gearboxes changed out, guards refitted and a full dimensional check before start-up. Nil re-work called after handover.
MT-2478
A 320 m² storage mezzanine fabricated and erected inside an operating warehouse. Columns set out around existing racking, steel lifted in sections small enough to pass through the roller door, welded out in place.
MT-2455
Walkway, handrail and pipe supports built to a hot-work permit regime with a standing fire watch. Fabrication done off site to keep hot work inside the tank farm to the minimum, with bolted connections wherever the design allowed.

Pipe spools and supports, walkways, access platforms and structural repairs — worked to permit systems, with hot work planned off site wherever the design allows it.
Sector 02
Shutdown fitting, conveyor and chute work, hoppers, guards and machine bases. Scopes written against a fixed window and crews staffed to hit it.
Sector 03
Mezzanines, staircases, balustrades, gates, canopies and structural steel for buildings — fabricated to a survey, finished to be seen.
