Send a drawing, a sketch or just the measurements. We acknowledge the same working day and come back with a priced scope, a lead time and the records that go with it.
Most jobs can be priced without a site visit. Where a survey is needed we will say so, book it, and still come back inside 48 hours of the measurements being taken.
What to send
A photo of the existing installation, a sketch with rough dimensions, the material and finish if you know them, the site, and the date it has to be in service. That is enough to price most jobs.

02 · Questions
Yes. A single gate, a cracked bracket or a one-off replacement part goes through the same process as a 42-tonne frame — measured, priced, built, checked. Small jobs are usually turned around in days rather than weeks.
Yes. Send a photo and rough measurements and we will price from that, or we will survey and produce the drawing ourselves. The drawing then goes to you for sign-off before anything is cut.
That is most of what we do. The scope is agreed before the window opens, material and consumables are on site in advance, and crews are staffed to shifts so the plant restarts on schedule.
Welders are qualified to ISO 9606-1 for the process and position they are put on, and the certificates go out with the quotation. See certifications for the full list.
Usually, and it is itemised on the take-off so you can see what is being bought against what is being built. If you prefer to free-issue material, we will quote labour and consumables only.
Yes, by arrangement. Travel and standing time are quoted separately and up front rather than appearing on the final invoice.
Primer and two-pack paint are done in house. Hot-dip galvanising is sub-contracted to a plated supplier and shown as a separate line with its own lead time.
