Fitter general
Mechanical fitting, assembly and alignment — the work that turns delivered steel and machinery into something that runs true and stays where it was put.
Most of our fitting work is on live sites: plants that shut down on a Friday night and have to be back in production on Monday morning. That shapes how we work — the scope is measured and agreed before the shutdown window opens, consumables and spares are on site before the crew is, and the dimensional check is done before the crane is released, not after.

Tolerance
Fabricated assemblies are set out and checked to ±1.5 mm over a 6 m run unless the drawing calls for tighter. Where the drawing calls for tighter, we say so at quotation stage rather than discovering it on site.

Fabrication
Custom steel from drawing to finished structure — cut, formed, drilled, assembled and welded in the shop, or built up on site where the piece is too large to transport.
We fabricate to your drawing, or we produce the shop drawing ourselves from a site survey and get it signed off before cutting. Every job carries a material take-off so you can see what steel is being bought against what is being built, and off-cuts stay on your account rather than ours.

03 · Service line
Welding
Structural and pipe welding by coded welders, with the process chosen for the joint, the material and the position — not for whichever machine happens to be plugged in.
Procedures are matched to the drawing before work starts, welders are qualified for the position and process they are put on, and every weld is visually inspected against the procedure before dispatch. Where a job calls for third-party NDT — dye penetrant, magnetic particle, ultrasonic or radiography — we coordinate it and hand the reports over with the job.

Non-conformance
A weld that does not meet the procedure gets cut out and re-run. It does not get dressed over, filled or signed off on the promise that it will hold. That rule costs us hours occasionally; it has never cost a client a failure in service.
