01 · The outfit

Trade first, office second.

We are fitters, fabricators and welders. Everyone who prices a job here has also built one, which is why our quotations tend to survive contact with the site.

The company grew out of ten years of hands-on work — first as fitters on other people's jobs, then with our own tools, then with a shop. That history shows up in small ways that matter: we measure before we price, we say when a drawing is wrong, and we would rather lose a job at quotation stage than discover halfway through that the scope was never buildable at that number.

We keep the crew small enough that the person who cuts the steel is the person who fits it. When a hole does not line up on site, it goes back to someone who was in the shop when it was drilled — not into a chain of e-mails between a contractor and a supplier who have never met.

Ten years on the tools — the same hands that measure the job build it.

02 · Standards

How we work.

Five rules that have not changed since the first job. They are the reason clients call us back for the shutdown rather than the tender.

What we commit to

  • Measure on site before pricing, not after winning
  • Firm price inside 48 hours, with exclusions written down
  • One crew from survey to handover
  • Welds cut out and re-run when they fail inspection
  • As-built mark-up and torque records at handover

What we will not do

  • Price a job we have not understood
  • Put an unqualified welder on a coded joint
  • Badge sub-contracted work as our own
  • Start hot work without the permit in hand
  • Leave a site without the dimensional check signed

Numbers, not adjectives

Every claim on this site has a figure behind it: ±1.5 mm fit-up, 48-hour quotations, 98% on-time delivery, nil lost-time injuries. If we cannot put a number on it, we do not claim it.

03 · People

The crew.

Fitters, fabricators and coded welders, plus a foreman on every site who carries the drawing and signs the check.

Site crews

Fitters

Set-out, alignment, bolt-up and installation. Shutdown work is planned by the same fitters who will be on the tools when the window opens.

Worker running an angle grinder along steel sections, sparks flying.

Shop

Fabricators

Take-off, cutting, forming and assembly. They produce the shop drawing when the issued drawing is not good enough to build from.

Welder in protective gear laying a weld with sparks arcing off the joint.

Coded

Welders

Qualified to the process and position they are put on, with records issued at quotation stage rather than produced after a question is asked.

04 · Coverage

Where we work.

Two bases, one crew, and a travel radius that covers most of the Niger Delta without an overnight bill on the quotation.

Shop fabrication runs out of Warri. Site crews mobilise from whichever base is closer to your plant, which keeps standing time and travel off your invoice.

05 · History

How it started.

Ten years from a set of borrowed tools to a shop with an overhead gantry and a second base.

  1. 2014–2016

    On the tools

Fitter general work as sub-contract labour on plant maintenance and construction sites across Delta State. No shop, no overheads — just the trade.

  2. 2017

    First shop in Warri

A rented bay, a welding plant and a chop saw. Fabrication starts running alongside site fitting, mostly gates, frames and repair pieces.

  3. 2019

    First shutdown contract

A 96-hour plant shutdown completed inside the window. The work changes shape: from odd jobs to planned scopes with dates attached.

  4. 2021

    Port Harcourt base

A second crew based in Rivers State to cut travel on tank farm and process work. Coverage widens across the Delta.

  5. 2023

Coded welding and a quality file

Welder qualifications formalised, procedures written against drawings, and a safety file that goes out with the quotation instead of after the award.

  6. Today

    Two bases, three service lines

Fitter general, fabrication and welding, run by one crew from survey through to handover.

Send the drawing. We will price it inside 48 hours.

Or send measurements and what the job has to carry — we will do the take-off ourselves.
